1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Leapfrog Property Group (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
The competition will run from 10 April 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 20 July 2026.
No late entries will be accepted.
Winners will be announced on 31 July 2026 via Leapfrog Property Group’s official platforms.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of South Africa only.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Leapfrog Property Group employees, franchise owners, agents, and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to enter.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Enter
Participants must complete the official entry form on the Leapfrog website
Entry requirements (e.g., uploading a photo and/or written motivation) must be completed in full to qualify.
Only one entry per person will be considered unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.
Only original photographs are accepted. No videos will be accepted.
No AI-generated images will be accepted. All content must be original and created by the entrant.
5. Prizes
The overall winner will receive a cash prize of R10,000 (Ten Thousand Rand).
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any alternative or additional compensation.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The final winner will be selected by the CEO of Leapfrog Property Group.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted via the details provided upon entry.
If a winner cannot be reached within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Use of Content
By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to use submitted content (including images, names, and stories) for marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
Participants confirm they have the necessary rights to all submitted content.
8. POPIA & Data Protection
All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information collected will only be used for purposes related to this competition and for receiving marketing communication from Leapfrog Property Group and participating franchises, unless they opt out.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or system errors affecting participation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
